조각시편부터 12” 웨이퍼까지 다양한 크기의 sample을 측정할 수 있습니다.X-Y축 방향의 auto stage의 적용으로 편리한 측정을 진행이 가능합니다.
2D, 3D Mapping 기능을 통해 시료전면에 대한 두께차이를 한번에 확인 할 수 있도록 하여 줍니다.
